ANACOM's opinion on the CLNX Portugal/PT Portugal concentration operation

By determination dated 22 July 2021, ANACOM approved an opinion on the prior notification of the concentration operation, which consists of the acquisition, by CLNX Portugal from PT Portugal SGPS, of a set of assets of the current passive infrastructure of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, following the request addressed to ANACOM by the Competition Authority, pursuant to paragraph 1 of article 55 of Law 19/2012 of 8 May https://dre.pt/web/guest/legislacao-consolidada/-/lc/115346788/201910031755/indice  (the Competition Law, as amended).
