By decision of 24 June 2021, ANACOM approved the draft regulation on subassigment of E.164 numbers of the National Numbering Plan.
It was decided to submit the draft regulation to the public consultation procedure, under the provisions of Article 10 of the ANACOM Statuteshttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333094 and Articles 98 and following of the Code of Administrative Procedure and for the purposes set out in Article 8 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114.
This draft regulation, which is hereby made available, shall be published in the 2nd series of Diário da República (Official Gazette), and from the publication date a period of 30 working days shall begin for interested parties to send contributions, in writing and in Portuguese, preferably by e-mail to the following address: regulamento.subatribuicao@anacom.ptmailto:regulamento.subatribuicao@anacom.pt.
