This information is required by ANACOM for the purpose of collecting various financial indicators of the companies for the year 2020 (annual reports and other information).
This information is requested pursuant to Article 108(1) and Article 109 of Law 5/2004 of 10 February, amended and republished by Law 51/2011 of 13 September (ECL), and to Article 15 of the Statutes of ANACOM, approved in an Annex to Decree-Law 39/2015 of 16 March.
