In the context of the injunctive proceedings (Case no. 607/21.2BELSB) being heard at Unit 3 of Tribunal Administrativo de Círculo de Lisboa (Lisbon Administrative Circuit Court), in which NOS Comunicações, S.A. is the applicant party and Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações (ANACOM) the Party complained against, notice has been issued to cite affected third parties, under the terms of article 81, paragraph 3 of CPTA - Código de Processo nos Tribunais Administrativos (Code of Procedure of the Administrative Courts).
