Approval of provisional measure imposed that defines the density targets of the postal network and minimum service offers

By decision of 14 January 2021, ANACOM approved a provisional measure that defines the density targets of the postal network and minimum service offers to be enforced up to the approval of the new targets for postal network density and minimum service offers, pursuant to clause 15 of the universal postal service concession contract, whose Bases were approved by Decree-Law 448/99https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=980067 of 4 November, and base XV of the aforesaid Bases. Accordingly, the concessionaire of the universal postal service, CTT - Correios de Portugal, should ensure compliance with the targets and minimum offers stipulated by ANACOM decision of 17 December 2020https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1601916.
