With the process of migration of the digital terrestrial television (DTT) broadcasting network having ended on 18 December 2020, the free telephone helpline (800 102 002), created by ANACOM to assist the population in retuning equipment during this process, was deactivated at 18h00 on 31 December 2020.
From this time onwards, anyone needing help in retuning their equipment as a result of the DTT network migration can contact ANACOM via the number 800 206 665, available from Monday to Friday between 9h00 and 16h00.
It should be noted that problems in signal reception should continue to be addressed to the DTT technical helpline (800 200 838), operated by Altice, available 24 hours every day.
