The November/December 2020 issue of the bimonthly Spectru bulletin is the last one in the current format1. It reports on the end of the digital terrestrial television (DTT) migration process and on recent developments concerning the auction for 5G and other relevant bands, namely ANACOM’s publication of the announcement summoning affected parties in the legal action brought by NOS Comunicações with respect to the suspended effectiveness of all rules of the respective auction regulations.
Other highlights include the publication of the statistical reports on electronic communications and postal services for the third quarter of 2020.
