Calculation of the regulatory costs for the exercise of the activity of electronic communications networks and services provider in 2020

On 12 November 2020, under the terms of numbers 1 and 2 of Annex II of Ordinance no. 1473-B/2008 of 17 December, with the wording given by Ordinance No. 296-A/2013https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1180549 of 2 October, and pursuant to Article 105(1)(b) of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162, ANACOM decided the following:

• establish the value of the t2 percentage contribution applicable to the relevant income of electronic communication networks and services providers at 0.8102% for 2020;
• approve the issue of the invoicing of the annual fee payable for exercise of the activity of electronic communications networks and services provider for 2020.
