By decision of 22 October 2020, ANACOM approved the draft decision (DD) on the cost of capital rate for MEO – Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, applicable to the 2020 financial year.
It was decided to submit this DD to a prior hearing of interested parties, pursuant to articles 121 and 122 of the Code of Administrative Procedure passed by Decree Law no. 4/2015 of 7 January, together with a general consultation procedure pursuant to article 8 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975162, in both cases setting a deadline of 20 working days for interested parties to comment, in writing and in Portuguese.
