Approval of the amendment of the right of use of frequencies held by Dense Air Portugal

By final decision of 4 November 2020, ANACOM approved the amendment of the right to use of frequencies (DUF) allocated to Dense Air Portugal, embodied in ICP-ANACOM no. 04/2010https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=345109, pursuant to entry number 6, to be incorporated in the entitlement document.

ANACOM also approved the report on prior hearing and public consultation, procedures applied to the draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1515461, before its approval on 20 February 2020, during which contributions were received, prior to the deadline, from the following entities: Dense Air Portugal; MEO – Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia; NOS Comunicações; and Vodafone Portugal – Comunicações Pessoais.
