ANACOM's opinion on the EAD/PAPIRO concentration operation

The determination of the Board of Directors of 4 September 2020 ratified the decision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of 1 September 2020, which approved the opinion on the prior notification of a concentration operation. This consists of the acquisition by EAD - Empresa de Arquivo de Documentação (EAD) of exclusive control of PAPIRO, by acquisition of all the shares representing the latter's share capital, following the request made to it by the Competition Authority, under the terms of number 1 of article 55 of Law 19/2012 of 8 May https://dre.pt/web/guest/legislacao-consolidada/-/lc/115346788/201910031755/indice (Competition Law).
