End of the suspension of the consultation periods for the draft Regulation of the Auction for allocation of RUF in the 700 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz, 2.6 GHz and 3.6 GHz bands and for the change of RUF held by Dense Air Portugal

By decision of 1 June 2020, and in view of the provisions in Law 16/2020 of 29 May, which determined the end of the suspension of the procedural deadlines, ANACOM informs the stakeholders that, pursuant to this law, 3 July 2020 is the deadline of the following procedures:

• regulatory consultation to which the draft Regulation of the Auction for allocation of frequency user rights in the 700 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 2.1 GHz, 2.6 GHz and 3.6 GHz  bands, approved by decision of 6 February 2020https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1508641; and
• prior hearing and public consultation on the draft decision related to the change of the frequency user rights allocated to Dense Air Portugal, approved by decision of 20 February 2020https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1515461;

The draft Auction Regulation procedure also included the decision to promote the publication of a Notice in Diário da República [official journal].
