ANACOM's opinion on the IBASIS Portugal/NOS ICS concentration operation

By decision of 7 May 2020, ANACOM approved the opinion on the prior notification of a concentration operation, which consists of the acquisition, by IBASIS Portugal, of exclusive control over NOS International Carrier Services, following the request of the Competition Authority (Autoridade da Concorrência), under the terms of number 1 of article 55 of  Law no. 19/2012, of 8 May https://dre.pt/web/guest/legislacao-consolidada/-/lc/115346788/201910031755/indice (Competition Law).
