The notice of the public tender for the provision of handling/envelope services for a circular and a leaflet and their distribution in all residential dwellings in parishes covered by the 3rd to 7th stages of the process of DTT network alteration, whose launch was approved by this Authority by decision of 23 December 2019, was published in the 2nd series of the Diário da República (Official Journal), on 30 December 2019.
Proposals from interested parties must be submitted by 5.00 pm on 06 January 2020, through the electronic platform VORTAL https://pt.vortal.biz/.
