BEREC’s Market and Economic Analysis expert working group met last 25 September in Brussels to consider the project requirement definition for “Guidelines to foster the consistent application of the criteria for assessing co-investments on very high capacity network elements”. ANACOM participated by video-conference.
The first draft of those BEREC guidelines was debated, in accordance with what is set out in paragraph 1 of article 76 of the Electronic Communications Code.
