The BEREC expert working group on Remedies held a meeting last 20 September in Brussels, focusing on the draft “Guidelines on the minimum criteria for a reference offer relating to obligations of transparency”.
The following issues were discussed: responses to the public consultation on BEREC’s proposed guidelines on minimum information to be included in a reference offer in the context of imposition of a transparency obligation (consultation held in June and July 2019), the BEREC understanding to reflect in the consultation report and the need to amend the proposed guidelines. The final version of those guidelines should be adopted in the last quarter of 2019.
