Approval of MEO's cost of capital rate applicable to the financial year of 2019

By decision of 3 October 2019, ANACOM approved the cost of capital rate of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, applicable to the financial year of 2019, the draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1480711 of which had been notified to the European Commission (EC), to the Body of European Regulators of Electronic Communications (BEREC) and to the national regulatory authorities of all the other Member States of the European Union. On 20 September 2019, the EC expressed that it had no comments.
