Notification to the European Commission of the draft decision on MEO's cost of capital rate for the financial year 2019

By decision of 21 August 2019, ANACOM approved the draft decision to be notified to the European Commission, the Body of European Regulators of Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union on cost of capital of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia (MEO) applicable to the fiscal year 2019.

Approval was also given to the report of the prior hearing and consultation to which the respective draft decision was approved on 4 July 2019https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1476522, procedures in which the contributions from MEO and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais were received.
