Approval of CTT's determination to correct disclosed information regarding obligations under the complaint book

By decision of 25 July 2019, ANACOM approved the determination to correct the information disclosed by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) regarding obligations under the complaint book regime, namely regarding the existence and availability of the complaint book at post offices.

The report on the prior hearing of CTT on the draft decision, approved by ANACOM on 4 April 2019https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1471301 was also approved.
