Notification to the European Commission of the draft decision on changes to the RDAO and RPAO

By decision of 25 July 2019, ANACOM approved the draft decision on changes to the Reference Duct Access Offer (RDAO) and to the Reference Poles Access Offer (RPAO).

Approval was also given to the report of the prior hearing and public consultation to which the respective draft decision was subject, approved on 25 May 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1454447, procedures in which the contributions from AR Telecom - Acessos e Redes de Telecomunicações,  EPOCH - Telecomsolutions, Fibroglobal - Comunicações Electrónicas, Instituto Eletrotécnico Português, MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, NOS SGPS, NOWO Communications and ONITELECOM - Infocomunicações, through a joint response, from the Order of Engineers and Vodafone Portugal - Comunicações Pessoais.

In accordance with the applicable procedures, this draft decision is subject to the specific consultation procedure with the European Commission, the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and National Regulatory Authorities of the other Member States of the European Union.
