Brussels hosted last 2 April a meeting of BEREC’s working group on Remedies, focusing on the project for guidelines on the minimum criteria for a reference offer relating to obligations of transparency. To that end, the participants took into account the responses to the questionnaire sent to the various national regulatory authorities. The document to finalise will be presented at the next BEREC plenary meeting so it can be subjected to the public consultation provisionally planned for the second quarter of 2019. The final version of these guidelines should be adopted in the last quarter of 2019.
