The ERGP Contact Network met last 14 May in Zagreb, the first meeting in which ANACOM participated as leader of the group. The meeting focused on preparing for the next ERGP plenary meeting. The following documents were presented and debated: ERGP 2020 working programme (public consultation version); ERGP 2020-2022 midterm strategy (public consultation version) in 2019; ERGP opinion on the review of the postal services regulatory framework; and the report on developments concerning postal networks and access practices. Also debated were implementation of the regulation on e-commerce parcel deliveries, how to communicate information about quality of service and key postal sector indicators; the preliminary programme of the 2019 Stakeholders Forum was also discussed.
