A meeting was held on 28 May 2019 between the Board of Directors of ANACOM and the Executive Committee of CTT - Correios de Portugal at ANACOM's head office in Lisbon. A number of matters were addressed related to the implementation of ANACOM's decisions in the context of developing the universal postal service, in particular with regard to quality of service, the measurement system and postal network density.
