The Chairman of ANACOM, João Cadete de Matos, has taken part in the XI Ibero-Atlantic Conference on Regional Statistics, which was organised by SREA - Serviço Regional de Estatística dos Açores (Azores Regional Statistics Service). The conference took place on 19 June 2019 in Velas, on the island of São Jorge, in the Azores.
The main theme of the Conference was "Consumption in regional GDP", and the presentation of ANACOM's Chairman focused on "The consumption of communications in the Azores".
