The ERGP working group on Postal Indicators, co-chaired by ANACOM, held a meeting last 28 February in Rome.
This meeting, preceded by a meeting of the group’s drafters on 1 March, focused on planning the group’s activity in 2019, specifically with a view to drafting the reports on quality of service, complaints and consumer protection, on key postal market indicators and on data sharing. The development of cooperation regarding postal statistics between the EC and ERGP was also discussed with representatives from the European Commission (EC), specifically with respect to harmonisation of definitions and information sharing.
