The ERGP working group on Access Regulation met last 5-6 February in Porto, Portugal.
The meeting’s main goal was to debate and prepare the work to carry out in 2019, especially via the discussion of information gathered (by questionnaire) up to the meeting date from the national regulatory authorities (NRAs) of various countries, which will serve as the basis for a report that will focus on “the development of postal networks and access practices regarding infrastructure related to the parcel market”. A tour-de-table regarding the situation in various countries was also carried out, regarding specific regulatory practices for the parcel segment.
