The BEREC/European Commission (EC) Regulatory Accounting working group held a meeting last 5 March in Brussels; ANACOM was among the participants. The main aim was to conduct preliminary discussion of the guidelines the EU is expected to advocate for ascertaining the cost-of-capital rate for regulatory purposes.
