The members of BEREC’s Open Internet working group held a meeting last 20 February in Brussels, also attended by representatives of various national regulatory authorities (NRAs), among them ANACOM, and officials from the European Commission and the BEREC Office.
The meeting examined the proposed questionnaire to be filled out by the NRAs on implementation of the net neutrality provisions envisaged in the TSM Regulation. The action strategies set out by the drafters to explain the BEREC open internet guidelines were presented and discussed. Also presented was the current situation of the project for development of the BEREC measurement tool.
