The working group on Market and Economic Analysis (MEA EWG) held a meeting last 13 February in Brussels concerning the project requirement document (PRD) for Access to Physical Infrastructures in the Context of Market Analysis.
The group’s members and drafters discussed various proposed BEREC understandings regarding the positions presented by the stakeholders during the public consultation. BEREC had launched on 12 December 2018 a public consultation on that document, which ran until 23 January 2019. This working group’s aim is accordingly to prepare the final version of the document and the respective public consultation report, both to submit for approval by the 38th BEREC plenary meeting in 2019.
