To the registration objects of the suitable infrastructures information system (SIIA)https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=384370, provided for in ANACOM's decision of 11 November 2010https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1062883, were added those which, due to the publication of Decree-Law no. 92/2017, of 31 Julyhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1418606, have been included in the concept of suitable infrastructures.
This legislative amendment implies, therefore, that the registrations made available or to be made available in the SIIA in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of article 24 of Decree-Law 123/2009, of 21 Mayhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=975261, now include the following objects:
- mast: physical infrastructure intended or likely to be used for the installation of radiating elements of electronic communications networks, fixed in particular in a tower, building or other construction;
- building entrance: termination of the conduit section between the manhole and the pipeline network boundary of a building.
The new registration objects will be available in the SIIA as of 8 April 2019.
Regarding the objects identified in the ANACOM decision of 2010, adjustments were also made to ensure their suitability to the practical and technical requirements resulting from the entry into operation of SIIA and its inclusion of the registration objects and the respective characterization elements.
