João Cadete de Matos clarified ANACOM's position on the postal sector, as regards the discrepancy in information about the volume of CTT complaints, as well as quality indicators and the reduction in the concessionaire's postal network. There was also discussion of the proposal to reformulate Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law) with regard to contract lock-in periods.
