ANACOM participated last 7 December in a videoconference meeting of drafters from the BEREC expert working group on Next Generation Networks, concerning the project requirements document (PRD) on price of access to physical infrastructures. At the third plenary meeting of 2018 BEREC notably approved and published the preliminary report on “Price of Access to Civil Construction Infrastructures in the Scope of the Cost Reduction Directive”, which was subject to pubic consultation until last 7 November, with contributions received from various stakeholders. At this meeting the drafters discussed and analysed the responses to the public consultation, before approving the structure of the report to produce.
