The 37th BEREC plenary meeting was held last 6-7 December in Prague, together with meetings of the BEREC Management Committee and the General Assembly of the Independent Regulators Group (IRG). Highlights were the elections for chair in 2020 (Dan Sjöblom of the PTS) and vice-chairs in 2019 (Tanja Muha, AKOS; Marcin Cichy, UKE; Konstantinos Masselos, EETT). Also approved, besides the final version of the working programme for 2019, were documents concerning matters such as net neutrality, mobile coverage, spectrum allocation procedures, infrastructure sharing, mobile terminations, market definition, replicability and international roaming.
