Ratification of the decision of 12 July 2018, which approved the parameters of quality of service and performance objectives associated with the provision of the universal postal service (2018-2020)

By decision of 17 January 2019, ANACOM ratified its decision of 12 July 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1457268, in which approval was given to the "Report on the prior hearing of CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT), of the hearing of consumer organisations and of the consultation to which the draft decision on quality of service parameters and performance targets associated with provision of the universal postal service for the 2018-2020 period was submitted" and to the corresponding decision with insertion in the report of the chapter" 3.22-Complementary measures".
