By decision of 17 January 2019, ANACOM approved ratification of its determination of 12 July 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1457268, giving approval to the "Report on the prior hearing of CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT), of the hearing of consumer organisations and of the consultation to which the draft decision on quality of service parameters and performance targets associated with provision of the universal postal service for the 2018-2020 period was submitted", with ratification of the corresponding decision.
Specifically, ANACOM decided to include the chapter "3.22-Complementary Proceedings", which examines the request submitted by CTT, seeking performance of complementary actions by ANACOM, and sets out the reasoning for not doing so.
