Compensation fund for the universal service of electronic communications - identification of undertakings required to contribute and determination of the amount of contributions in respect of CLSU 2017

By decision of 6 December 2018, ANACOM approved a draft decision on identifying the undertakings required to contribute to the electronic communications universal service compensation fund and determining the amount of the contributions in respect of the net costs of universal service (CLSU - custos líquidos do serviço universal) to be compensated for 2017.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, in accordance with Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code). As such, interested parties have a period of ten working days in which to comment (responses in writing and in Portuguese).
