It is incumbent upon ANACOM, with reference to the 2016 financial year of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, S.A., pursuant to Article 85(6) and Article 76(1) of Law 5/2004 of 10 February, with subsequent amendments, to declare the compliance of the analytical accounting system used by that company with Article 85(5) and Article 71, all of Law 5/2004, with subsequent amendments.
Accordingly, in compliance with these provisions, it is hereby announced that the Declaration of Compliance of the Analytical Accounting System of MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia, S.A. - Financial Year 2016, issued by ANACOM, is available to interested parties at the Attendance and General Information Services of this Authority, located at Avenida José Malhoa, no. 12, 1099-017 Lisbon, between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday, and also on this Authority’s website at www.anacom.pthttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=2958.
