Approval of the final decision on the wholesale market for call origination on the public telephone network provided at a fixed location for the provision of retail telephone services

On 4 October 2018, ANACOM approved the final decision on the wholesale market for call origination on the public telephone network provided at a fixed location for the provision of retail telephone services - definition of product market and geographic market, assessment of significant market power (SMP) and imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations.

The corresponding Draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1458585 was notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union. The European Commission responded with comments on 10 September.
