Price charged by MEO associated with the provision of the service of encoding, multiplexing, transport and broadcast of free unrestricted access television channels over the digital terrestrial television network (MUX A)

By decision of 3 July 2018, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the prices charged by MEO - Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia with respect to the provision of the service of encoding, multiplexing, transport and broadcast of free unrestricted access television channels over the digital terrestrial television network (MUX A).

This draft decision is submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties, in accordance with Código de Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), as well as to the general consultation procedure established in Article 8 of Lei das Comunicações Eletrónicas (Electronic Communications Law)https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114; in both cases, stakeholders are given a period of 30 working days in which to respond (comments in writing and in Portuguese).
