Approval of decisions on the wholesale markets for voice call termination on individual mobile networks and specification of the price control obligation

By decision of 21 June 2018, ANACOM approved final decisions on the wholesale markets for voice call termination on individual mobile networks, corresponding to (i) the definition of product markets and geographic markets, assessment of Significant market power (SMP) and the imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations and (ii) specification of the price control obligation. The respective draft decisions have been duly notified to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union. The European Commission responded with comments by letter of 6 June.
