Definition of the minimum level of detail and information on invoices to be guaranteed to subscribers free of charge

By decision of 1 June, 2018, ANACOM has approved the draft decision regarding the definition of the minimum level of detail and information on invoices to be guaranteed to subscribers free of charge.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to a preliminary hearing of interested parties, under the terms of the Portuguese Code of Administrative Procedure, as well as that laid down for general consultation proceedings in article 8 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114, in both cases setting a period of twenty working days for interested parties to express their views in writing and in the Portuguese language.
