Changes to the reference duct access offer (RDAO) and reference poles access offer (RPAO)

By decision of 25 May 2018, ANACOM approved the draft decision on changes to the reference duct access offer (RDAO) and reference poles access offer (RPAO).

It was also resolved to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of the interested parties, pursuant to Articles 121 ff. of the Code of Administrative Procedure, as well as to the general consultation procedure established in Article 8 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=333114 (Law 5/2004 of 10 February, in its current version), in both cases setting a deadline of 40 working days for interested parties to comment in writing and in Portuguese.
