Values of postal service quality indicators recorded by CTT in 2017

On 3 May 2018, ANACOM approved the draft decision (DD) on the values of the universal postal service quality indicators (QSI) recorded by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) in 2017.

On the same date, it was further decided to submit this draft decision to the prior hearing of CTT for a period of fifteen working days so that it may, if it sees fit, express its views in writing.
