Makes recommendation to the Government calling for an evaluation of the contractual responsibilities underlying the concession in force between the Portuguese State and CTT
The Assembleia da República (Assembly of the Republic) resolves, under the terms of article 166, paragraph 5, of the Portuguese Constitution, to recommend to the Government that it arrange the establishment of an informal group with the purpose of evaluating the contractual responsibilities underlying the concession as currently in force between the Portuguese State and Correios de Portugal (CTT), in particular as regards public service obligations, considering the respective consequences resulting from conclusion of the concession contract.
