On 17 January 2018, ANACOM approved the correction of a material error contained in the draft decision setting parameters of quality of service and performance targets associated with the provision of the universal postal service for the 2018-2020 three-year period.
The error is a drafting error referring to qualification of the frequency of newspapers and periodical publications: which are “Weekly or more frequent” and “sent with less than weekly frequency”; corrections are made to “sent with less than weekly frequency” and "Weekly or more frequent". This rectification is made on pages 39, 40, 41 and 42 of the draft decision approved by ANACOM on 11 January 2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1427214 and on pages 11, 12 and 13 of its annex.
