Approval of consultation on criteria governing pricing of the universal postal service - 2018-2020

By decision of 11 January 2018, ANACOM has approved a draft decision on the criteria governing the formulation of pricing by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) of postal services that make up the universal postal service. These criteria govern the three-year period 2018-2020.

It was decided to submit this draft decision to a prior hearing of CTT, pursuant to articles 121 et seq. of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code) and to the general consultation procedure as under article 9 of Lei Postal (Postal Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?categoryId=346264 - Law no. 17/2012 of 26 April, as amended by Decree-Law no. 160/2013 of 19 November and by Law no. 16/2014 of 4 April). It was also decided to arrange a hearing of consumer organisations under Article 43 of the same Law.

Responses to these procedures must be received within 30 working days.
