On 16 November 2017, ANACOM approved a draft decision for notification to the European Commission, the Body of European Regulators of Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States of the European Union on amendments to the Reference Unbundling Offer (RUO).
At the same time, approval was given to the report on the prior hearing and public consultation to which the corresponding draft decision was submitted (draft decision of 10 August 2017https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1416599).
