ANACOM has ordered closure of the tender to allocate a research grant in relation to the project "Prospective study of alternative spectrum management scenarios and models", as approved by decision of 12 January 2017.
The tender's selection panel concluded that the submitted application failed to meet one of the requirements for admission required in the notice: "grant to be awarded to a candidate who holds a Master's degree in electrotechnical engineering (telecommunications and electronics), obtained from a reputed national or foreign academic institution within the last six years, and who has conducted research into radio systems, especially in areas of relevance to the project, development and implementation of radio frequency circuits".
