Markets of voice call termination on individual mobile networks and price control obligation - notification to the European Commission

By decision of 10 March 2010, ANACOM approved draft decisions for notification to the European Commission (EC), the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the National Regulatory Authorities of the other Member States of the European Union (EU), on (i) the wholesale markets for voice call termination on individual mobile networks - definition of product and geographic markets, assessment of SMP and imposition, maintenance, amendment or withdrawal of regulatory obligations and (ii) the price control obligation.
