By decision of 7 December 2016, ANACOM has accepted appointment of Baker Tilly PG & Associados - SROC as auditor selected by Nowo Communications (formerly Cabovisão) for the purposes of the legal regime set out in article 6 of the Regulation on procedures for the collection and delivery to municipalities of TMDP - Taxa Municipal de Direitos de Passagem (Municipal Fee for Rights of Way).
